Moonsighting announcement: RAMADAN 1429/2008

There has been no confirmed news of Hilaal sighting anywhere in The USA on Saturday the 29th of Sha'ban (30th of August, 2008). The month of Sha'ban will complete its cycle of 30 days.

Accordingly, The Hilal Committee of Lawrence Kansas announces that tomorrow Sunday the 31st of August is Shaban 30th and the 1st of Ramadan will be on Monday the 1st of September, 2008.
